Sports, Accessories & Memorabilia (S.A.M. Inc.) was licensed by Major League Baseball to produce a new line of baseball bobbleheads starting in 1992. The bobbleheads were made out of Porcelain and came with a numbered certificate of authentication. Unfortunately the company went out of business in 2000.
